Staying in our traditional building, you would be able to enjoy a Santorini's traditional hospitality. We are located at the highest spot of Fira, and only 500m from the center of the village.
We also offer Jacuzzi, Mini bus (for 15 persons) for transfers, parking and our own business with car and bike rentals (Phone + 30 22860 22059).
Swimming Pool : 150 meters away at Hotel Margarita that is owned by Kafieris family.

Cancellation Policy
One night fee will be charged after reservation. Cancelled or modified within 14 days before arrival will result in full payment of the reservation. In case of Non Show the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Special Terms
Guests are kindly required to inform us about their arrival time so that special arrangements can be made if necessary (Please note that our reception desk is open from 8am until 8pm) CITY TAX: Starting from the 1st of January 2018 there will be a new tax in Greece called CITY TAX and it's not INCLUDED in the price of your room. The amount will be 0,50 EUROS per room per night. Must be paid directly in cash at the reception during check-in.

The staff was very professional in helping with the requests, they even provided us with breakfast in the room before morning because we had to leave at dawn, and the transfer service came to pick us at exactly the right time; no relevant problems to report.
